Structured Challenges Community to Match $5K in Charitable Funds for Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery and Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital

Structured to be the Champagne Sponsor for the 10th annual Pumpkin Ball charity gala, seeks additional donations in order to benefit even more kids and their families.

SPOKANE, Wash. (Sept. 10, 2013) – Calling all kind hearts and competitive spirits! Structured, a local information technology consultancy and systems integrator , is challenging area companies and private citizens to help the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery and Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital serve even more Inland Northwest families. For the second consecutive year, Structured is donating $5,000 as the Pumpkin Ball’s Champagne Sponsor benefiting the children’s hospital and the nursery.  This year the company is calling on the community to raise additional funds via the Pumpkin Ball’s secure donation website. The goal is to raise an additional $5,000 through this challenge for a total donation of $10,000 by October 19, the date of the ball. “We wanted to do something fun and meaningful for the 10th anniversary of this important community event,” said Ron Fowler, Structured president and CEO.  “There is  special meaning to our involvement this year — this is the 10th anniversary of Structured’s presence in Spokane as well as the 10th anniversary of the Pumpkin Ball. Plus, we know the nursery has a goal of serving 5,000 kids.  It has been our privilege to be part of this community for the last decade, and we are glad the pieces fell in place for us to create this fundraising effort.” Anyone wishing to contribute as part of this challenge can do so through the Pumpkin Ball’s secure website managed by the Providence Health Care Foundation of Eastern Washington. Contributors can go to and click on the “Donate” tab at the top right hand corner of the page.   To mark these funds as part of the challenge, contributors can type “Structured” in the comments section of the donation landing page. Structured will not handle any of the funds and will not have access to any donor information. “Whether one company or citizen steps up with a $5,000 donation or 500 people chip in $10, we will be delighted. Our aim is to give both organizations a little extra financial boost to help them carry out the work they do so well,” said Fowler. “We sincerely thank everyone who chooses to participate in this challenge.” About Structured Structured is a leading information technology consultancy and systems integrator that has partnered with hundreds of clients throughout the U.S. to maximize the value of IT.  For two decades, Structured consultants have collaborated with CIOs and IT departments to develop and implement technology strategies that drive measureable improvements throughout the organization.
